To ensure that your pasta absorbs the flavour of the sauce, toss the cooked pasta immediately after draining the water. Cooked pasta absorbs flavour best when hot.

Ingredients

  • Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Seed – 1Teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Red Chilies – 1 Piece
  • Grated Coconut – 2 Tablespoon
  • Curd / Buttermilk – 200 ml

Method

  • Grind all these ingredients in blender and make a fine paste.
  • Add Buttermilk and salt to taste. Boiling is not recommended.
  • The mixture can be consumed as it is or can be eaten with rice like a rasam.
